Whether your goal is breast feeding, bottle feeding, or a combination, navigating the new demand of feeding your infant can feel overwhelming. Meet with a licensed speech-language pathologist and certified lactation counselor who specializes in infant feeding. Sessions include weighted feeds, promoting optimal latch, positioning recommendations, choosing a bottle, and more.
Support with milk supply, pumping, measuring flange sizes may be available.

Nourished Beginnings
Nervous about introducing solids to your little ones? Book a 1:1 consult with a feeding specialist to review when, what and how to start solid foods. This can be an introduction session or purchased as a package for support from 6-12 months. Virtual or in-person consultation available.

Nurtured Well
1:1 consult to help prepare for labor and delivery to support whatever your feeding goals are. Go into labor and delivery feeling confident and knowing what to ask for, for whatever labor scenario occurs. This session reviews the biology of breast/chest feeding, the research, and what to do if delivered naturally, induced or via Cesarean section.

Feeder + Grower
Feeding a medically complex infant can be filled with stress, worry, and anxiety. We can support your transition to home and help improve feeding outcomes. Sessions can support increase in oral feeing, NG-tube weaning, and more.
A superbill can be requested to submit to insurance for this service.

Meet with a professional Pilates instructor for individualized session focusing on rebuilding your pelvic floor, connection with breath, and moments to connect with yourself. Pre and post natal appointments available.
