  • No, we currently do not take insurance. We do, however, provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company on your own. To get a better idea if your needs qualify for insurance, please book a free consult prior to scheduling

  • Sessions range depending on length and type of services. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

  • Each child’s feeding journey is different. Some challenges take multiple visits to resolve, others get better immediately. I try to work within what feels right for your family. I am also mindful of parents transitioning back to work and maximizing care within a reasonable timeframe.

    Home carry over is critical to success. Implementing the recommended exercises is strongly recommended.

  • Treating the dyad (mother and baby) is our primary goal at Nourished Well. We want to help support whatever your feeding goals are without judgement. We provide evidenced-based evaluation, treatment, and recommendations. We appreciate a team approach and are happy to collaborate with other providers. You are the expert when it comes to your baby and their needs, we just help support you to get there.

    We aim to be inclusive. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any details you’d like to share prior to the appointment.

  • I am based out of Baltimore City and Pasadena, MD and will travel to your home. I do not charge a travel fee, therefore I limit my travel radius to about 30 minutes outside of 21231 or 21226. Virtual sessions may be available, pending your specific need. If you have specific questions regarding my travel radius, please reach out.

  • I practice hand hygiene in the home and wear gloves as necessary. I stay up-to-date with vaccinations. A mask can be worn upon request.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the visit, 50% of the service will be charged directly to the card on file. If you reschedule, this fee can be applied to the balance of that appointment. Rescheduling appointments due to illness can be accommodated via email, free of charge. Rescheduling appointments can be accommodated via email with more than 24 hours notice.
